Help Loyola Clinic Students Aid Migrants in Mexico
Donazione protetta
This September, the Loyola Immigrant Justice Clinic is launching the Binational Migrant Advocacy Project (BMAP), the first-in-the-nation initiative to serve migrants on both sides of the border.
We are a team of clinic students passionate about immigration justice, and we will be traveling to Guadalajara to partner with ITESO, Universidad Jesuita de Guadalajara. Together, we will provide Know Your Rights presentations and resources to migrants in transit, as well as those who have self-deported or been removed from the United States. Our goal is to help them navigate their next chapter with dignity and accurate legal information.
This is LIJC’s inaugural BMAP trip, and your support will help us raise $5,000 to cover student travel costs so we can be on the ground from day one. Any unused funds will go back into the Clinic to continue building cross-border partnerships, expanding legal services, and training the next generation of advocates.
Immigration is bigger than borders. With your help, we can stand alongside migrants, whether they are building a life in Mexico or finding a path home.
Please donate and share. Every gift makes a difference. Thank you.
