Help Laura Overcome Crohn's Disease Challenges

Hi, my name is Amanda, and I'm a close friend of Laura Kellogg's, the one for whom I'm raising funds. Laura suffers from Crohn's disease, and for the past few years has had multiple surgeries to remove internal parts that have been causing issues for quite some time. Having difficulty healing from her most recent surgery, she has not been able to return to work as planned; rather, she has been facing an extended medical leave of no decided date, after having been off work for almost 12 weeks. She has expressed to me the physical pain she daily endures, as the wound from surgery has not healed but grown larger. Besides experiencing pain and lack of energy, she shared with me the fear she has of being unable to help support the members of her household, including her 3 year old daughter Addy.
