Help Kira beat Evan's Syndrome.

Hi I'm Rich, I'm Kastle Syn's and Irene's step dad. Their dog Kira is the sweetest little pittie on the planet. She means the world to them and everyone that meets her. She hasn't been herself lately so they took her to the vet. Testing showed she has Evan's Syndrome.

Evan's Syndrome is a serious and sometimes life threatening immune-mediated/auto-immune condition in which the immune system attacks and destroys the red blood cells and platelets, putting the patient at risk of spontaneous bleeding and profound anemia.

The treatment depending on the severity often includes, hospitalization for fluids, supportive care, and transfusions.

Steroids and other immunomodulation drugs are used to treat Evan's Syndrome.
