Help Kathleen and Her Daughter After Tragic Loss

Yesterday, my dear friend Kathleen and her daughter faced an unimaginable loss, as they said goodbye to their beloved support system, father, and Papa due to a tragic mental health crisis. Today, Kathleen is left trying to pick up the shattered pieces of their lives.

Kathleen’s father was a pillar of financial support for her and her daughter. Now, with the weight of this loss, her resources are quickly dwindling, and the costs of a memorial service are looming.

What she needs most in this moment is time—time to grieve, to care for her daughter, and to adjust to this new and painful reality. Her daughter has finally found stability after so many challenges, and we want to help preserve that sense of normalcy for just a little while longer.
