Hello, my name is Taneicia Lewis, and I am creating this GoFundMe for my friend Katey Door. I am Katey’s friend, caretaker, and advocate. She’s currently struggling with schizophrenia, bipolar disorder, autism, cirrhosis of the liver, depression, borderline personality disorder, and extreme anxiety. She’s currently at Shady Grove Hospital, located in Rockville, MD. She recently had a seizure and is currently nonresponsive. Katey’s family has abandoned her due to her medical illness, so she has no one except me to care for her. She also has a 9-year-old son who was taken from her by the state. I want to do more for Katey by getting her the care she needs and finding her a safe place to live.

I have reached out to the state, but they are no help. Any help with her current situation would be appreciated. Thank you in advance for your help.
