Help Justice with her surgery and recovery

My name is Jason Nofziger. I'm raising money because my poor puppers, Justice, broke her left rear hind leg. She is only 2 years old, and she is my everything puppy. She goes everywhere with me; she is so sweet and well-behaved. She has a long life ahead of her.

I do not have funds at this time to pay for the urgent care she needs. The vet has told me that due to the severity of the break, the special surgery to have her bones plated and bolted would cost thousands. We are sadly having to amputate my poor girl's leg. Though she is wild and smart, she can adapt. I just need help getting her the help she needs.
