On August 5, 2026, Jessica and her fiancé Fred experienced every parent’s worst nightmare. They trusted two friends to watch their 1-month-old son, Elijah, for the first time so they could run errands and work to provide for their family. When they came home, their baby had suffered devastating injuries as in cerebral edema caused by shaken baby syndrome. Their little boy frought for 19days, he had two surgeries done before his passing, his parents tried to give him a chance to live but his body couldn't take it. His parents had to make a decision that no parent could make.

Sadly Elijah has passed away on August 24th 2026 with his both parents beside his bed. please keep them in your prayers.

This fundraiser is for Elijah's Parents and Siblings. As they continue to the next steps after their passing of their son Elijah.
