Help Jennifer DiVincenzo

Jennifer's 14 year old son DJ received a heart transplant on September 30th. Jen has taken a leave from work to be with DJ (who is currently hospitalized out of state) on his road to recovery.  The purpose of this fundraiser is to help Jen with living expenses through this difficult time. Our greatest wish is to remove any financial stressors so she can focus her energy on his health and healing. Jen has dedicated her life to taking care of others. Over the course of DJ's life, Jen has witnessed firsthand the positive effect great nurses have on patients, their families and the importance the nurse role has in ensuring the best patient outcomes. She earned her nursing degree while raising her 2 boys as a way to give back to the great care DJ has received over the years.  But at this time, she is the one that needs assistance. Any help received is not only greatly appreciated, but will drive the momentum of the values that Jen lives with everyday- to live life with a grateful heart, to help others when needed, and to leave all that she encounters in a better place than when they were found.
