Help Jeffrey Reece medical & expense Non Hodgkins
Doação protegida
Hi my name is Becky and I created this account to cover the expenses for my husband Jeffrey Reece. He was diagnosed with 2 types of cancer.
Below our details of Jeff’s original diagnosis back in 2021 and other historical information. As of July 15, 2024 we found out that Jeff’s cancer is no longer in remission and they found a series of many tumors that have formed in his spine and he had a CAT scan last week and then an MRI and a PET scan this Monday today, July 24 Jeff had his first biopsy on one of the larger tumors inside of his Abdomen they were described as baseball sized. Tomorrow morning, he’ll be getting his cancer port put back in his chest. And on Monday the 29th he’ll begin chemotherapy again.
The big concern is him having any kind of fracture to his spine because of the amount of tumors that are formed along his final column.
We are going to be needing help again to cover medical expenses his deductible and we’re still paying on the old cancer treatments to which we still owe over $20,000 Medical bills.
any support you could give us would be appreciated. We are so thankful for everyone who has supported us so far and we know that God is with us and that Jeff has a great care team so we are hopeful that he can have successful treatment again for his lymphoma.
The first is a rare form of marginal zone B cell non-Hodgkin’s lymphoma, this form is not curable but can be treated. He has the tumors in his neck, chest, spleen, bone marrow and a large football size mass in his abdomen.
Each Chemo treatment is $42,000 we have insurance but our deductible for 2021 and 2022 will need to be paid along with his missed wages to keep our expenses covered.
He still has 4 more monthly treatments to complete.
We hope he will be finished at the end of April 2022.
Then he can get the surgery to remove the 2 tumors in his spinal column.
We live simply and but have spent our savings these last 6 weeks. We need funds to pay the medical expenses for 2021 and the ongoing expenses for 2022. We are not sure when Jeff will be able to work again as he is weak and in pain, and so far the large mass has not changed in size and it continues to press on his kidney.

He was also diagnosed with a 2nd benign cancer in his spinal column where they found 2 masses.
Because of the size of the tumor in his abdomen he has a stint in his kidney to his bladder. They haven’t ruled out if he has renal cancer yet because the mass is so large they cannot tell if it is in his kidney.
Jeff has been off work since November 11th 2021, the day we found out about the mass.
We are a family of 5 with our children. Our oldest is not at home but we have 2 children in high school.
Jeff is a Navy Veteran, loving husband, father and he loves our fur babies Jackson and Lucy.
Please consider helping us with the cost of his medical bills and missed work and other expenses for his treatments.
Thank you for helping us, we know with support Jeff can survive and have a long life.
His oncology team is amazing and we know that recovery is coming with God’s help.
Please help to take some of the stress off of Jeff and our family so we don’t have to worry about the medical expenses.
Thank you.
