Help Jannette Allen Rebuild After Eaton Canyon Wildfires
Donation protected
Hi everyone!
My name is Tati, and I’m the niece of Jannette Allen, a resident and now evacuee of the historically black and beloved Altadena neighborhood. My aunt has now lost her home and all of her possessions to the devastating California wildfires still raging through LA.
Jannette has always been the beating heart of our family and a pillar of the community. She is an engaged church member of St. Marks Episcopal Church of Altadena, a volunteer at Altadena Library, where she participates in their regular book club and runs another on the side. She is also a passionate member of the Red Hat Society, an organization committed to educating and empowering women of all ages. She has given her entire life to service and whilst she lived alone, her home was overflowing for 40+ years with nieces and nephews, as she was the community pool and barbecue center host. Jannette is always the first to support others near or far and now she needs support from the community she has loved on so dearly.
In this tragic time, please consider helping someone directly in rebuilding their home and life. Any donation is wonderful when you are beginning from scratch. I am hugely appreciative of you taking the time to read this and thank you so much for taking my auntie into your heart.
Blessings up to you all!
