Help Irina to get her son back.

Hi, my name is Irina. I'm fundraising to get my 5 years old son (Skye) back. My husband attacked me on 29 Oct 2024 and threw my laptop in Mirabay water channel, I called the police, but because I didn't have any skin marks the police didn't take my husband. I went to court in person to file an Injunction for protection for my son and I, but my husband (Evan) filed online first. Now we have 3 conflicting Injunctions. Evan lied and because he filed first I'm not allowed to come back home and I'm not allowed to contact my son. I'm only able to see Skye for 1 hour per week at CJC center in a small room with cameras. Evan cancelled all my credit cards, stole my SSC and now I'm homeless and looking for a job. Evan took my car keys and because we have only one car in our family I can only use buses for transportation, which is really hard in the US. I'm raising money for 4 court cases including the divorce and for food and shelter. Evan is a drug addict and a Sexual predator. He was physically and sexually abusing me in front of my son. Since April 2024 I noticed Evan playing inappropriate sexual games with my son. I complained to the police and DCF, but due to lack of evidence they are closing cases. Now I need to present all the evidence in front of the judge. Evan is using all his resources to apply for continuations and to delay the hearings. He avoided being served with my Injunctions and the judge granted the continuation. Now the judge can't find a time in her schedule for 1,5 day hearing for all 3 Injunctions. There is still no final date. Each time they schedule the Zoom meeting to schedule the dates I need to pay money. I'm physically and financially exhausted. I desperately need to get my son back.
