In 2015 our beloved friend was diagnosed with Lupus SLE. Lupus is an autoimmune disease that causes the immune system to attack its own tissue. This, in turn, affects the joints, skin, kidneys, blood cells, brain, heart and lungs. Since her diagnosis, her health has been on a steady decline and has forced her to seek some invasive treatments to help fight the disease. Her doctors have removed her from work for now until she can be reevaluated at a later date.

Tonya's medical bills have piled up and will continue to do so as she moves forward with her treatment. With very little income from her short term disability payments, she needs our help, the woman who would do anything for any of us. Please help us meet our goal (and hopefully exceed it) so she can continue to fight this awful disease.
