Hello everyone, my name is Jonathan Fortier and I am continuing a fundraiser for my best friend, Diane Corena LaClair's farewell. This is important to me because she considered me her brother and i considered her as my sister. We have been friends for over a decade, through thick and thin. I was there for her as she was with me. We had so many memories that it is still so unreal. I am at a loss of words. Corena was indescribable. Corena... Corena was Corena. A gentle, beautiful soul with a smile that lit up any room, even outdoors on a bright sunny day. She really knew how to outshine the sun. Her radiant and positive rambunctious energy was contagious, not just to me but to all that loved and surrounded her. She was the vibe of the night, shining so bright with her personality that it would reflect up off the moon and back down upon all of us. She always knew how to have a good time and make it memorable. It saddens me to say on Saturday April 20th, 2024 she had passed away early morning to reasons that are still unknown. As we all mourn i really would love for you all to help me raise a goal of $25,000 to lay "Our Beloved Corena" to rest somewhere in the sun. Since she always used to love sun bathing and talk about how vitamin D is good for body, mind, and soul. I would love in this time if everyone can please pray for her salvation and to secondly come together and make sure we can we give her something proper and with love. I ask if everyone can show your love for Corena and lets show her how much she truly means to us. I know we can figure this out. Please share this to every and anyone you can. Lets show Corena how big her family really is. Lets show her she was never alone and how much she was loved. Each and ever one of you. May God bless you for being in her life. You all are truly amazing. Corena will forever be our in our hearts. Gone too soon and never to be forgotten. Corena is now our angel, watching and smiling down on each and every one of us. She will surely be proud of each and every one of us. All donations made will go to all of her final expenses and we will lay her to rest peacefully. Thank you all so much for everything. Sunday May 5th was the wake at Raymond funeral home 4pm to 8pm Norwalk ct.

The funeral and burial service was May 8th at 11:00 am and will be held at Riverside Cemetery Norwalk ct.

This go fund me will stay up for those who still want to help towards expenses. It’s not an obligation but a willful act of kindness if you wish to share. Corena loved you all and appreciate you so much for your help. GOD RECEIVED A WONDERFUL ANGEL. CORENA FINALLY CAN LAY AT REST FOR SHE WENT HOME WITH OUR LORD AND SAVIOR JESUS CHRIST.
