Help give Diesel a second chance at life!

Diesel,  a one year old pitbull,  was brought into a 24 hour Emergency Hosptial on 9/8/21 after being hit by a car.  Diesel’s owners unfortunately could not afford to treat him and were electing to euthanize.  Before this could happen, I spoke to them about surrendering Diesel to me in attempt to give him a second chance at life. Thankfully, the owners agreed and ownership was transferred to me.

Diesel is currently in oxygen, after preforming x-rays I learned that Diesel has a pneumothorax.  He now has a chest tube placed and had to have fluid removed from his chest.  We are still concerned about his hind legs which will receive further evaluate today.


As I have updates I will be posting them to keep everyone informed on Diesel's status.
