Help get Max to Spain for Futsal - June 2023!

Hi, my name is Max Alcorn and I live in Lismore, NSW. I am fundraising to hopefully travel to Spain in June 2023 to compete in the V Sport Futsal Cup.

I have been playing Futsal for 5 years competing at representative and state levels, and late last year represented Sth East QLD at the National Schools Competition, winning the U15’s division (whilst age eligible to play U13's). This year, Sth East QLD didn't send a 15's team to the Australian Futsal Association National Championships in Sydney, so I stepped out of my comfort zone and played with Tasmania. I made a great bunch of friends and amazingly, was offered a spot on the Australian U15 team's upcoming tour to Costa Brava, Spain, with matches, training & sight-seeing opportunities throughout Barcelona and Blane!

Futsal is a strong passion of mine; I love it as much as traditional football, where I’ve also been developing my skills playing in QLD for the last 2 years (involving many, many hours of driving every week!)

The tour to Spain will be an amazing opportunity to develop further friendships and see an amazing part of the world whilst developing my skills and competing against teams from around the world. Unfortunately, international travel costing what it does - the trip is quoted at $6,400; any donations will be used towards this cost and very gratefully received!
