Legal costs are mounting as we literally “fight city hall!”

Our goal is to raise $7500 by Thanksgiving to help fund:
————————————————————
• Our case in Somerset County court against the Planning Board (due Nov 1)
   ————————————————————-
 • An appeal of our case against the Township Committee (due Dec 31)
   ————————————————————
 • Needed experts, legal transcripts, etc.
   ————————————————————
One of the reasons we will win our fight to save these 10 acres is that the Township purchased Wagner Farm 20 years ago “for the purpose of conservation, ecological protection, and open space and recreation.”
