We need help! The school levy expired, and the Mary Walker School District needs some financial help!

My name is Andrew and I am the owner and founder of Long Range Gear (LRG), a diesel manual transmission shop in Spokane Valley. I have started a fundraising project that will help the district financially, and give the kids in shop class the opportunity to learn automotive and fabrication from professional diesel and automotive technicians.

I have donated a 1984 K30 Silverado four door long bed truck, in great shape, to the school district and have even thrown in a 12v Cummins engine! Long Range Gear will donate a NV5600 6-speed manual transmission and an NP241 Transfer case. LRG will also rebuild both the front and rear axles for the project. This is an incredibly valuable package to a wide variety of buyers, but the ultimate goal is to auction the truck at the Barrett Jackson Auto Auction in Scottsdale at the end of the year. The school will keep 100% of the funds generated from that sale!

However, we need a ton of parts to make that possible! And that's where your help comes in. Our goal is $25,000 to buy parts and expand the tools and equipment at the school’s shop. I have been volunteering one day per week at the school to help teach the students and guide the build process to reach our ultimate goal! The intent is to do a build project annually to help assist the school, which serves a large rural area. Anything and everything helps and we are very appreciative of your consideration and donation!
