Help fund Conrado medical fund

I, Jackie Lyn and friends of Cariz, are humbly asking to extend the life of tito Conrado Jr. We are asking in behalf of his family and daughter Carrizze de la Cruz.

Last, August 5 2021, he contacted and tested positive for covid-19. Due to full capacity of hospitals in Philippines, they have difficulty finding one who will accept him. After 5 rejections, he was finally admitted at Las Pinas Doctors Hospital. Due to the nature of the disease, he is now intubated and fighting for his life.

Tito Conrado, 52 yrs old, a hardworking father and a loving husband, who will be celebrating his birthday this coming august 20.
