HELP FOR OUR FRONTLINERS - Covid-19
Donation protected
Those who are fighting this pandemic are essentially our front-line soldiers in this battle and they are not appropriately supplied with enough essential gear. Help us help them to help more people. We want to raise money in aiding our front-liners working in hospitals and emergency health centers with those necessary PPE needed NOW.
My name is Roy Stewart and I’m the owner of Eli Cases, an online retail store, and also a partner at Rex Communications & Public Relations, a public relations firm specialized in luxury goods. I live in Los Angeles and typically have my hands in several ventures to keep my mind and body active.
With my experience in purchasing materials from all over the world and having a long standing relationship with vendors of all types, I felt I could play a role in procuring personal protective equipment (PPE) for distribution at no cost to the medical staff who are desperately in need. Initially, I reached out to a friend to see if we could get more PPE gear from her supplier to fund it myself, but they recently ran out. In addition, I started reaching out to several of the surrounding hospitals and clinics, only to find there was a greater need than I expected – especially for the masks that meet the American N95 and Chinese KN95 standards.
I contacted my vendors overseas, however the minimum quantities required to order are in the thousands, and those expenses are beyond my capability. So, I gathered a team of people who have experience in nursing, logistics and communications.
I know right now, times are hard and uncertain for everyone. But, I kindly ask that you donate whatever is within your means. If a donation right now for you is not possible, which is completely understandable in today’s financial climate, please share our initiative with those who might be able to help. God knows, every dollar counts, especially in numbers.
I will keep a record of where every dollar is spent and keep the purchases public and up -to-date.
Just remember, when it feels like this pandemic is over – it doesn’t mean it is; stay inside for as long as our leader advise we do. I know I want my aging parents and loved ones alive as long as possible. Please, don’t take this pandemic lightly; once the hospitals become fully stocked with proper PPE, then better for us all.
With all my love,
Roy S.

A little bit about our team members:
Despite being a Home Health, Hospice, Skilled Nursing Facility, MedSurg and Telemetry nurse for over 10 years, Joel Ramos can say that he really hasn’t seen it all, until now. As this virus rapidly spreads, so do the many messages he receives everyday about his colleagues’ suffering and sacrificing in their own respective units/hospitals. This is the reason why he chose to be part of this cause because it is really hitting home for him and all our healthcare workers. Many of his friends are staying away from their families or camping outside their houses just to protect their loved ones in case they contract the virus. The gear or equipment that are supposed to protect us while we take care of possible or positive patients are running very low. He needs our help to protect the front line warriors! 100% of you're donations will be used to providing the necessary PPEs for our frontline healthcare workers. We can defeat this virus together!
