Help for My Mom’s Battle Against Cancer

My name is Karina and I’m reaching out with a heavy heart to ask for your help. My beloved mom, Julia, was diagnosed with cancer on January 9th, 2025 The doctors found it in her liver and gallbladder.

Julia is not only a wonderful mother, but also a caring grandmother, sister, and friend. She has always been full of life, love, and strength — the kind of person who puts others before herself and lights up any room with her presence.

This diagnosis has been devastating for our family. She is currently on undergoing treatment, and although she’s fighting with everything she has, the emotional and financial burden has become overwhelming.

Mi nombre es Karina De La Torre y con el corazón en la mano pido tu ayuda. Mi querida mamá, Julia, fue diagnosticada con cáncer el 9 de enero de 2025. Los médicos encontraron cáncer en su hígado y vesícula biliar.

Julia no solo es una madre maravillosa, también es una abuela amorosa, hermana, tía y amiga. Siempre ha sido una mujer llena de vida, amor y fortaleza. Una persona que pone a los demás antes que a ella misma y que ilumina cualquier lugar con su presencia.

Este diagnóstico ha sido devastador para nuestra familia. Actualmente está en tratamiento y, aunque está luchando con todo su corazón, la carga emocional y económica se ha vuelto muy difícil de sobrellevar.
