Help for Luan Ayres

Hi, I'm Luan Ayres, I'm 27 years old and I'm from Brazil. I was recently diagnosed with Wilson's disease. This is an autosomal recessive hereditary disease whose main characteristic is the toxic accumulation of copper in the tissues, mainly brain and liver, which leads the patient to manifest neuropsychiatric symptoms and liver disease. This disease is extremely rare and because of this the scarce treatment. The main remedy to fight this disease is SYPRINE (Trientine). Unfortunately its purchase is only authorized in the USA, where its cost starts at USD $5,000.00 (APX R$ 20,000.00) for only one bottle containing 90 capsules. I need to take three capsules a day.
