Help Family with Broken Air Conditioning

As-salamu alaykum, I have created this post due to the crisis that my mother and I are experiencing during this time. The worst news is that the entire air conditioning unit is inoperable. My mother is medically ill as she has been going through multiple health issues for quite some time, ever since my Father passed away due to cardiac arrest. My Father did not have life insurance or any other will. My mother is a homemaker and she has been on medications for years because her doctor recommends her to continue medications until she gets surgeries done. The current air conditioning condition is approximately 26 years old. Several technicians came out to check on the air conditioning and they informed me that the bad news is that it is completely finished. The entire air conditioning of the home needs to be replaced from the inside (attic) to the outside unit. This includes replacing a new air conditioning unit, evaporator, condenser, compressor, and expansion valve.

I do not have a job to support my mother because I need to take care of my ill mother and my degree is not yet completed. We are severely past due on our mortgage payments for the home. Now, the air conditioning is entirely out. It has been two weeks without air conditioning. My mother is older and due to her medical conditions, she cannot endure the humidity, especially during the hot season in Texas. The goal is to help her replace the air conditioning unit and pay off her mortgage.
