Help Denise's Family Through This Difficult Time

Hello my name is Mindy Anscombe we lost my dear friend unexpectedly on Christmas Eve. My friend Denise was only 54 years old and a mother of two amazing children and husband. I was talking with her husband David Fogo a retired police officer for Livingston county. He said that it really hits home when the doctors are asking about end of life plans.
