My name is Damitra, and I’m reaching out for help during one of the hardest times of my life. On Saturday night, my boyfriend Reiko attempted to take his own life in front of me. He is now recovering, but our lives have been turned upside down. Reiko was the sole provider for our household, and with him unable to work, I am struggling to keep up with rent, bills, and his child support payments. I am currently looking for a job, but the financial pressure is overwhelming, and I’m worried about losing our home or Reiko facing legal trouble if we can’t keep up with payments.

I never imagined I’d be in this position, but I know that sometimes we all need a little help to get through tough times.
