My name is Tom, and my business partner, Chad, and I have a company called C&T Properties. We have a rehab/flip property, and one of our neighbors is one of the most kind, caring, and thoughtful people we have ever met.

Unfortunately, he does not have the funds to keep his A/C on and fix the holes in his roof, and we believe Charlie deserves a better way of life than he currently has.
