Cat’s Amazing truly needs your help! As you may know, our small rescue works extremely hard to help cats that otherwise would not have any care or worse.

In the last month alone, we took in a cat in severe respiratory distress due to a major chest infection. Her bill was over $9k at VEG in Princeton, but she is now thriving! We also have multiple cats this month that received or will be receiving dental care, each one approximately $950-$1500 to get them the care they desperately need. We also have a kitten with the double whammy of FELV/FIP; her meds will run us well over $1200 when all is said and done, but she is doing great. Additionally, we have her father, who is also FELV positive and with a chronic nasal issue. He will require a flush and culture to hopefully get that under control.

Last week, we took in a kitten from the cold. This kitten was extremely sick, and our vet total for her two vet visits was just around $900, but as of this writing, she too is doing fine! Sadly, we had two cats that passed away, and with just their basic care prior to passing and humane euthanasia, we spent over $1,000. And to wrap up the month, last week we received a call from a vet that a cat had been dropped off. Clearly a stray, he was in terrible shape. If no rescue could be found to take him on, he would have been killed. In spite of reaching out to many large shelters in the area and other rescues, not one organization agreed to help this guy, so we have him, of course. He will need a full mouth extraction at the very least and a lot of other general care. We do not even have bloodwork on him yet but anticipate this guy will be costly. His name is Tucker, and he is pictured on this GoFundMe since he is our newest case.

We simply cannot continue to help without donations. All of this is in addition to multiple spay/neuter & vaccines for many cats without special needs. Our costs are exorbitant, and we need HELP! Please donate and share, share, share. WE ARE STRUGGLING. We have the will, always try to find a way, and can provide the manpower, transport, care, etc. Even though it is exhausting, we can do this part, but we definitely cannot continue without donations. We are, as you know, local & community-based. We can provide all documentation and vet references for every single fundraising request. You can visit us at the Princeton PetSmart anytime and see the care our cats receive. We do not have paid staff; it is just us doing the work. We are not a big, fancy shelter with resources that picks and chooses. We are the team that says yes when everyone else says no, even though we are quite literally BROKE. Thank you, and please share or donate whatever you can. You cannot imagine how much even small donations make a difference.
