My name is Leah and I am a co-founder at Bounce Abilities. We are a small business working in the Shoalhaven & Illawarra regions.

At Bounce Abilities, we’re dedicated to providing allied health and support services to children and adults living with disability across the Illawarra and Shoalhaven region. We believe every individual deserves every opportunity to live independently, connect socially, and thrive within their community.

Our Support Work team is passionate about promoting independence and engagement — whether it’s helping clients at home with daily tasks like personal care, cooking, and household chores, or supporting them in the community at appointments, events, and recreational activities. By encouraging participation and adapting to each person’s unique abilities, we help build confidence, self-reliance, and meaningful connections.

We also run inclusive school holiday & social programs that combine fun and therapy for children of all abilities. These programs focus on social and emotional development through play, sport, sensory activities, and creativity — helping every child learn, grow, and belong.

To continue providing these vital services, we’re launching this campaign to raise $80,000 to purchase and convert a wheelchair-accessible van.

This van will allow us to safely transport our clients to community outings, therapy sessions, and group activities — ensuring no one is left behind due to mobility challenges. It’s more than just a vehicle — it’s freedom, inclusion, and opportunity on wheels.
