Since the war took everything from us, I have been living alone with my grandmother — the only person I have left in this world. Her leg is broken, and her health is getting worse every day. We have no family support, no income, and we struggle even to afford the simplest things like food and basic medicine.

I watch her fight through the pain with nothing but patience and hope… and it breaks my heart that I cannot give her the care she deserves.
