Help Anam (9 months old) with her heart surgery!!!

This is in regard to my cousin's daughter, Anam Nizami, she is 9 months old and lives in Hyderabad, India.
She has been diagnosed with a complex congenital heart disease (CHD), large malaligned subaortic VSD (ventricular septal defects), small PFO, pulmonary atresia, confluent, small sized branch pas for which she needs to undergo open heart surgery i.e., VSD SURGICAL CLOSURE+RVOTO RELIEF WITH TAP and or CONDUIT.
The diagnosis has been confirmed by Dr. Tapan K Dash who is a Clinical Director, HOD, Chief Pediatrician and a Surgeon working at CARE HOSPITALS, Hyderbad.
Anam's dad lost his job due to the pandemic and there is no other source of income. It's difficult for them to go through these touch times and with his daughter's ailments make it more hard for them.
The total cost of the procedure could be around Indian Rupee 600,000 .00 ($8,600.00). Even a dollar could make the difference.
