During a recent lunch at Chick-fil-A with my children, I noticed an elderly man walking around the dining area. He moved with a slight hunch, carefully cleaning tables and making sure everyone had what they needed while they were eating. His dedication and work ethic were impossible to miss. It struck me that, at his age, he should be enjoying retirement or at least have the freedom to do what he loves, yet here he was, still working hard every day.

Seeing him in that moment made me realize how many people in our community might be quietly struggling or putting off their own dreams. I felt compelled to do something, not just for him, but to inspire others to look out for those around us. I want to help give him the chance to rest, pursue his interests, or simply take a break from work while he still can.
