Help Abel get Mobile with a Van

I am setting up this GoFundMe page for my sweet grandson, Abel.  A lot of the people who see this already know his story, but for those who don't, I will try to give a brief background.  Abel was diagnosed in February 2015 with SMA.  It's been a very difficult road, with around the clock care, sleepless nights, and Jakeb and Jackie never being able to leave the house at the same time.  They have basically been house bound for the last 20 months.  Abel was only given 3 years to live in the beginning, but the FDA has approved a treatment for his condition!  We are overjoyed!  However, this means multiple trips to Portland for the treatment and they have to schedule medical transport each time,  Abel has been approved for an adaptive medical stroller until he's big enough for an electric wheelchair and they have been approved for the conversion of a van to be able to carry this medical stroller and then later on, his wheelchair.  The only thing that is not covered is the van portion of the conversion van cost.  The vans brand new can cost upwards of $60,000. However, they have decided on a more modest, used van with lower miles to keep the cost down. The vans they are considering are in the $25,000 range with roughly half of it being covered by the state. The kids mentioned that they have roughly $3,000 to put towards the van and are really needing assistance with the other $9,000 or so. This van would enable them to actually go somewhere as a family for the first time since 2015!  With the treatment and the potential for a longer life for Abel, the van would enable them to have some adventures as a family!  If you could find it in your heart to help them.... I would be so grateful!
