HELP A GRASSROOT FOOTBALLER RECOVER FROM HER ACL INJURY

This fundraising is being done on behalf of Oriaku Juliette Ifeoma, a footballer who suffered a brutal knee injury during a trial with an NWFL team. What started as a meniscus tear later became a complete ACL tear, and for over 4 years, she has lived with the pain.
She had shared her story with me (a lawyer), but taking legal action in respect of her case may have been difficult due to lack of binding legal documents with the team.
She then shared her story on X (formerly Twitter) and was able to receive donations from kind people online, including a Super Eagles player who made a major contribution towards her surgery. She finally had her ACL + meniscus surgery on 25th August 2025, but she’s currently stranded in Lagos with her mum due to outstanding expenses of about £1200. (LINK TO HER ORIGINAL TWITTER POST)
Without proper post-surgery care, she risks not recovering fully and may lose her dream of playing football again. Please assist with her rehabilitation costs which include physiotherapy, rehab materials, medication, hotel stay, feeding, and transportation. It would go a long way in helping her heal and stay encouraged through this tough time.
This recovery stage is crucial, and she cannot afford to stop now. She’s doing her best to stay hopeful, but she truly needs all the help she can get to complete this journey.
She is also a Barber, and she is unable to raise funds through her job at this time.
Please help support and share her story until she gets the needed donations. Thank you.
