I am raising funds for a family I care deeply about, who are facing a tough situation. They have three children—two with autism, ages 6 and 8, and a 12-year-old who is unable to participate in after-school activities because the family does not have reliable transportation. Their only car is on its last legs, and despite using all their savings to keep it running, it is about to break down. Dad relies on the car to get to work, and mom is unable to work since she must care for the children full-time. If they have a dependable vehicle, mom could possibly seek out part-time work, and the children could access the activities and services they need.

This family has tried everything, including applying to car charities, but so far, they have not received any help.
