Help 2012 BW Gottschee Blue get to the Regional Championship

Friends of Gottschee, we need your help! The 2012 Blue Team just won the New York State Cup and needs your support to get to the Eastern Regional Championship in West Virginia, where they will compete against other state cup winners.

Due to the short window between the state cup win and the tournament at the end of June, we don’t have much time to raise the funds we need to bring the whole team to the week long tournament. These boys have worked so hard to get here- practicing 4 days a week and often 2 games on the weekends, in pouring rain, freezing cold, and blistering sun for 10+ months a year. Their love of the game, grit and determination has propelled them to first place in their division, the state cup title and now a spot to compete against some of the best teams in the northeastern United States.

As a parent witnessing their dedication and work ethic, I’m filled with a deep pride for their individual efforts as well as the coaches and families that make this level of commitment possible. Please consider helping us raise the funds we need for vans, gas, hotel rooms and food to support these boys and give them the chance to compete at the highest level and see how far they can go!
