hell & back run for Men's mental health.

Hi, Myself, along Adam Maguire, Adam Whelan, Adam o Keeffee, donagh ruane, Jamie Fagan, darragh, Liam and kaylum to name a few will be partaking in Septembers Hell and back 8km run, to raise funds for mental health awareness and particularly for men's mental health. Our chosen charities to receive the generous donations are Mental health Ireland and Grow Mental health (which is for men's mental health in particular) Our story is that our group have went through some tough times over the past few months and the bond of the group and encouragement of other members of the group to talk about problems and lending there ear and advice heled us through. So now we are raising money and awareness by doing this run, for men's mental health and to normalise talking to one another. Any and every donation helps us closer to our target.
