Dear friends and family,

I am writing to you as a close friend to Katie Priest Harlow. Katie and I have a friendship that began in first grade and has lasted over thirty years. We have been through extreme highs and lows together, standing beside each other, taking on any obstacle in our way. Together we form a strong team and have conquered many mountains. We are now standing at the base of a mountain taller and more rugged than we've ever faced. It is with much sadness that I contact all of you, asking for assistance.

A terrible tragedy has occurred in the Harlow family. On November 17, 2018, the world stopped and turned gray for the Harlow family.   Matt, Katie and Tallulah all received word that their beloved daughter and sister, Ella, had passed away.  Words cannot express the heartache being felt during this time. Ella was a vibrant, 15 year old whose personality and smile could fill up a room and warm your heart. She embraced everyone with a light that shone like the stars.  Knowing and loving Ella was a beautiful privilege and blessing.  She leaves behind a huge hole in our hearts but we find comfort in knowing that her spirit will always be felt in the warm kiss of the sun, the soft breeze whispering in our ears and the song of the birds soaring free. 

The Harlows have been visited by many family, friends, teachers and students all wanting to share their condolences. Thanks to the wonderful generosity of so many loved ones, the Priest and Harlow cabinets, refrigerators, pantries and bellies are full . I know each of us want to shower Katie, Matt, and Tallulah, as well as other family members, with as much love and support as possible. This is where I am asking for your help. This GoFundMe account is being setup to support The Harlows as they navigate through the days ahead. Funds will be given to The Harlows to spend as they deem necessary now and in the future.

I want to thank each of you for your love and support during this difficult time. I know Matt, Katie and Tallulah all appreciate the prayers and love being sent their way....
