Hannah and Megan's Skydive
Our grandad, Gordon McKay has been receiving treatment from the ANCHOR Unit at ARI for the past 22 years. They have offered him extensive help and support for the treatment of his Non Hodgkins Lymphoma and Bing Neel Syndrome throughout this time.
The syndrome that our grandad has is extremely rare and only affects 1 in 96 million people, with only 78 cases having ever been recorded. This makes it a difficult illness to treat, however despite this the ANCHOR Unit has been a constant and invaluable support system for both him and our family.
We have decided to participate in this 10,000ft skydive on the 8th of August as we wish to give something back to this incredible charity that have given our family so much. Any form of donation would be greatly appreciated, with every donation going straight to the charity.
