Boston's own unique and iconoclastic Drummer, Tara McManus, while touring with Mr Airplane man, came down with an acute crisis episode of previously undiagnosed Addison's Disease, which has laid her low, unable currently to work or pay her medical expenses.  Info on the disease here: https://www.mayoclinic.org/diseases-conditions/addisons-disease/symptoms-causes/syc-20350293

Unable to work, or play music at this time, Tara is staying on an emergency basis with her mom who is on a fixed income.  Tara also has a son Nolan to support.

This funding is to help Tara pay for the medication and alternative therapies she needs to get ahead of this disease and its complications.
