Helen was born with transposition of the greater arteries on April 15, 2019.  What that means is the the heart was wired backwards. At one week old, this baby has had to have open heart surgery to repair this issue. Mom and dad have been staying at Duke hospital in Durham since her birth. They have not been able to work and bills are mounting up. If you could find it in your heart to please give them a hand up so they can get everyone home and back to a normal lifestyle. We greatly appreciate all your prayers and good wishes. God is good and has helped Helen through the surgery and will continue to on her road to recovery.
