Be THE Church

As us parents know, we will do anything for the health of our children, so when you get “the call” life stops and you GO. For Roxanne that call was on Friday. Her daughter Taylor (known as Tes) has been on a world wide mission trip known as the World Race for the past 6 months. Just last week after traveling from Thailand, through Moscow, Tes arrived in the Miami airport with a 103° fever. She was seen in the clinic who then sent her to the ER for testing. Corona was immediately ruled out, they thought maybe Malaria but they were certain that Tes’s squad would be arriving the next morning in Nicaragua without her. 
Tes was released from the hospital and sent to a hotel (praise God she is in America) where she could heal and rest while awaiting the test results. The flight from Nebraska to Miami on short notice was expensive and knowing Tes was with her team leader and under Gods protection her mom decided to stay at her new job so she could still join Tes in Nicaragua the following week.  On Friday that changed. All the tests are negative, even Malaria, and Tes wasn’t getting better. With her white blood cells dropping, they had no choice but to hospitalize her again. 
After saving up and purchasing flights, trip costs and necessary travel items for the “Parent Vision Trip” (PVT) to Nicaragua scheduled for the following week finances are tight. Roxanne now has to pay for last minute flights, hotel rooms, food and be off from work. I am asking us parents to rally around Roxanne and Tes and help ease the financial burden so she can focus on getting Tes better and not stress over missing work, spending one more day in a Miami hotel and finding money to fly her and Tes back home once she is finally released.  Please considerdonating to help ease this mamas heart during this difficult time.
