Growing the Witsman Family
The best things in life are free.
Unless you have infertility.
We are the Witsman's. We have been married three years and have had a long battle with infertility. After two IVF treatments costing approximately $20,000 a piece, we were overjoyed to announce we were expecting twins. Unfortunately, I delivered three months prematurely, and the twin boys did not come home with us. Several events surrounding their birth and passing were not covered by insurance.
We have four frozen embryos from our last IVF cycle, however it costs $3200 up front (that will not go towards our deductible, not including medication fees estimated another $1000) to have the lab release an embryo to us for use. Crazy, right? They are OUR babies!
We could never replace the sons that we lost. We are simply looking to fill a void we had long before we had the twins. We want to be parents! We are not asking for the entire process to be covered in donations, only the fee the lab charges to release one embryo.
Prayers are just as valued as monetary donations. Thank you from the bottom of our hearts,
Clint & Cori Witsman
