In April 2016 Detective Darrel Price began his fight with cancer, Hodgkin’s Lymphoma. He has undergone treatment and to his dismay the cancer has returned and has spread to other lymph nodes in his body. He will undergo future treatment later this year. In April 2018 Darrel went for a routine lab appointment before his scheduled Oncologist appointment. During the lab appointment he sustained severe nerve damage in his dominant arm. This injury is now preventing him from working and he is out of paid time off.
