On Wednesday, January 27th, Megan's apartment complex caught fire. Thankfully everyone made it out safely, but Megan and her husband's home was a total loss.
Many folks across the country have reached out over the past couple of days asking if there was anything they could do to help Megan through such an unfortunate event, and this seemed like the most effective solution.
If you've ever met Megan, you probably know that she can find a ray of sunshine in any situation. When I spoke with her this afternoon, most of the conversation revolved around how thankful and touched she was by the amount of people that have reached out to her over the past few days. She mentioned that they may even have a new apartment to move into within the next week or two, and how fortunate they were to have renters insurance.
Nonetheless, it will be difficult to start from scratch, so if you'd like to make a small contribution, please do so, and know that it is greatly appreciated!
