Gofundme for Jimmy

Hi everyone. My name is Carol and I'm raising money for my husband Jimmy Shields.  3 years ago he was diagnosed with Merkel Cell Carcinoma all his Cat scan are clear after several rounds of radiation. However, 3weeks ago he was diagnosed with Myelodysplastic syndrome (MDS)., cancer in the blood. One week after the diagnosis he has 2 week of chemo. This passed Wednesday he was put into the hospital for a blood bacteria infection. He has had several transfusions and iv antibiotics. We need more prayers than ever.  When he gets well enough to go home, then we have talking to Emory in Altanta so Jimmy can be a candidate for their clinical studies for MDS.  I'm his caregiver and it has been very hard trying to balance work, home and visiting the hospital every single day. With the help of our family and friends who has been a God sent. I'm trying to raise money for daily expenses, medical bills, gas, etc. Just to get by everyday.
