Gloria McBride Memorial

Gloria J. McBride, 56 of Decatur GA passed away on May 22, 2019.

Family and friends may visit from 10 AM to 8 PM on Friday May 31, 2019 at the South DeKalb Chapel.

Celebration of Life Services will be held at the South Dekalb Chapel of Gregory B. Levett & Sons Funeral Home on Saturday June 1, 2019 at 11:00 AM and Gloria will be laid to rest at Hillandale Memorial Park. 

Many of you remember our colleague Gloria who along with her mother Lilly and Ingrid Fisher did the massive, critical work of the janitorial and housekeeping for AFG HQ.   Gloria died suddenly and unexpectedly on May 22nd of a heart attack. Gloria was an amazing member of Team Abrams and I was privileged to get to know her over the course of the campaign and am so incredibly sad.  She leaves behind her husband and her 17 year old son.

Former campaign staff members and friends have asked how they can assist the McBride family during these difficult times.  

We have set up a Go Fund Me account where donations can be accepted and will go directly to the McBride family to assist them with funeral and family expenses.
