Give Mikayla and Jeannie a Voice

Donation protected
Recently, Jeannie Gheller shared that her eighteen-year-old daughter, Mikayla, has been suffering from a mental health crisis since she was 12. Jeannie and her family have been fighting to get Mikayla the help she requires, and into a program that will address her specific needs.
We've all been touched by mental health and we've all been led to believe that there's an abundance of support for individuals who are struggling with it, there's even a day dedicated to mental health awareness (Bell Let's Talk). But as the Ghellers have discovered: there's been a lot of focus on awareness, but minimal on solutions; the mental healthcare system is broken and fragmented.

The goal of this fundraiser is to be able to provide some financial assistance for the Ghellers, so they can focus on Mikayla's health, and not worry about:
1. Time away from work,
2. Travel costs if therapy requires them to leave the London-area,
3. The possibility that funding may not be available for the program Mikayla needs.

For more on Jeannie's struggle to save Mikayla, please listen to her interview here (Episode 6.), or read the Global News article.
