Hi!

My name is Alana, and I am a 17-year-old secondary school student at Matthew Flinders Anglican College. I will be cutting my hair over 25cm as part of Cuts for a Cause, our school fundraiser, with all proceeds going to Bloomhill Cancer Care, our chosen charity for 2026.

I have made the decision to cut my hair to show how small acts of kindness can come together to create something meaningful. Through our cohort’s participation in Cuts for a Cause, we hope to support Bloomhill in continuing the incredible work they do for those affected by cancer.

Bloomhill Cancer Care provides extraordinary support to individuals facing cancer, as well as their families, during incredibly challenging times.
