Funeral Fund and Jax's future.

On Saturday the 29th of January we sadly lost our beautiful Sophie. As a family we are finding it extremely difficult to come to terms with the loss of our Soph.

 

She was the craziest, bubbliest bundle of joy and everyone who knew her would agree! She was the best daughter, craziest sister and the most amazing mum to Jax.

 

We are trying to raise enough funds to give Sophie the best send off that she deserves with anything remaining going into a saver account for Jax.
