I am the daughter of Linda Thornhill, she was called home on Saturday 09/05/20. We had insurance but it was under two years old so we have to now pay out of pocket.

My mom was a beautiful woman whom touch a lot of lives working in the community, giving support groups or a listening ear. She help with housing, food, child/family services. She would give the shirt off her back to anyone in need of help. She worked for the Air Force Base, Community College of Alleghey County, Family Resources, and the National Alliance of Mental Illness. She helped and strengthen many families to reach their goals. She would go above and beyond to see a family in need of help survive life circumstances. Even when she first became ill you would see her riding the bus or walking with shopping bags to make sure she help a community resident in need of services. She tutored children with special needs, she design a support group to help families understand services offered in the community and if you ever needed her night or day she would find her way to you. She suffer a long hard battle with COPD, emphysema and Heart problems but never gave up. Even when it was hard for her to walk short distances she was still helping and educating, anyone whose life she touch was blessed. Now we are in need of help to give her a service that is as beautiful as she was. 

Together we will raise the money to give you a great service mommy.  Just like you never gave up on your community, friends and loved ones; we are not giving up on you!! You were my educator, doctor,  counselor, best friend and mother and I will do all I can to give you the service you deserve. I love you and will always carry you in my heart!
