During the Coronavirus pandemic, my Aunt Carrie became extremely ill. Carrie was taken to the emergency room and right away was placed in the ICU. Sitting alone in the hospital without her family by her side doctors told her she has STAGE 4 cervical cancer and both her kidneys were failing. This was very unexpected and heartbreaking. Carrie is only 37 years old, a mother of two young girls, a wife, daughter, sister, and the best aunt ever. The hardest part was we couldn’t be there to support her or just to hug her through this difficult time. Right now, it’s in Gods hands. She progressively has been getting worse and the cancer has spread to both hip bones and the neck. Within weeks the cancer is deteriorating her body and spirit. She is getting very tired and she is very fragile. She no longer has the ability to walk, move her arms or legs, and feed herself. It truly is heartbreaking to see. I’ve never seen someone so full of life endure so much pain day and night and is still worried about everyone else. If you don’t know Carrie she is the most selfless, caring, loyal individual I’ve ever met. I’m really asking everyone in a time of need to help give her the proper burial she deserves. This happened unexpected and she has no life insurance. If there is any left over funds I want to put it towards her two girls whom she leaves behind. Brianna, just graduated Central Catholic and enrolled at Owens CC. She has been staying home due to the circumstances and is helping take care of her mom. Lexi, is a freshman in high school and has so much to look forward to in life. We are please asking for any kind of donations, anything would be greatly appreciated.
